Delivery

Physical goods 
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Dorte Bladt containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via post within two working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Digital delivery 
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Dorte Bladt containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering via email. Your digital products will be attached to a second order complete email after payment has been received.

Each customer is responsible for ensuring that they supply a valid email address, that hello@dortebladt.com email domain is whitelisted and that the email account does not block emails from Dorte Bladt. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited accepts no responsibility for the non-receipt of any email communication sent to any user.

Access to Digital Products

A download link will be sent once payment is processed for all virtual products. Access is valid for one year (365 days) from date of purchase.

Access to e-learning

Access to e-learning is valid for the lifetime of the course and is subject to the Thinkific terms & conditions.

Refund and returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are provided a 5 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at hello@dortebladt.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can help resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken – All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

  • Books purchased via third parties – In the case of third party purchases their policy will apply.

  • Events (seminars/workshops) – See Clause 3 ‘Cancellation and Refunds’ of the ‘Terms and Conditions of Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids Events’.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore it is advisable to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Correspondence delivery

Primarily the delivery of all correspondence relating to your use of the Dorte Bladt website and related products will be electronic, via email. Other correspondence will be sent to your designated postal address. These address details (email/postal) utilised by Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids will be those you notify to us when you have made a successful customer account.

You agree that we will not be responsible for failure of the delivery of correspondence if you have supplied us with an incorrect address or have failed to notify us of an address change. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund any monies if they are returned to us.

Event Terms and Conditions

1. Events (seminars/workshops)

1.1. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids provides training to both chiropractors and the general public. Customers may wish to attend events offered by Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids at a venue to be determined by Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited. By booking and/or attending this training, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.2. The customer acknowledges that some event speakers are not necessarily employees of Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited and that Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited may, at its sole discretion, procure the services of third parties to provide any part of or all of the seminar/workshop.

1.3. Event speakers do not represent Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids and the views and opinions of the speakers are not necessarily the views and opinions of Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited disclaims all and accepts no liability for any acts or omissions of the event speakers, or the statements they make or information that they provide.

1.4. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any individually named accredited speaker(s) shall attend the event, but where this is not possible, Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited reserves the right to procure the services of suitable alternative speaker(s), provided that Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited shall give the customer notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the customer the right to terminate.

2. Payment

2.1. All seminars/workshops must be paid in full prior to attendance. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading under Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person who has not fully paid prior to attending a seminar/workshop.

2.2 Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids reserves the right to vary ticket prices depending on the personal situation of the customer. Several pricing tiers might be offered for an event and, where required, adequate proof may be sought from the customer upon purchase or upon event entry.

2.3 If an incorrect level of ticket has been purchased by the customer Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids reserves the right to recoup the price of a full-priced ticket minus any monies paid.

3. Cancellation and refunds

3.1. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the seminar/workshop shall take place on the relevant date(s) and time(s) and at the venue as agreed, but where this is not possible, Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids reserves the right to alter the date(s), and/or time(s), provided that Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited shall give the customer/member notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the customer/member the right to terminate.

3.2. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids will not be held responsible in the event of sickness, natural or other disasters or disruptions and may at their discretion issue a ticket to an equivalent event in lieu.

If the customer wishes to cancel any training, Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids shall be entitled to (but without being obliged to do so and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited) apply cancellation charges. Please note that a $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all registrations. No refunds will be processed 2 weeks prior to the first day of the seminar. Substitution for same cost registration are permitted.

3.3. Cancellations will be accepted by email only. Emails are to be sent to hello@dortebladt.com

4. Changes to Event Terms and Conditions

4.1. Family Chiropractic Centre – Charlestown Pty Limited trading as Dorte Bladt and Switched-on Kids reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for events at any time by posting changes online, so please read these terms and conditions whenever you visit the site.
